Jim Bogaty to Head American Information Technology
Solutions Corporation (AiTS) as Vice President and COO

Corporation (IIC) announced the formation of a new information technology
systems provider company for government customers, American Information
Technology Solutions Corporation (AiTS). Jim Bogaty is named as vice president
of IIC and will lead the subsidiary as vice president and Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Bogaty will report directly to Babu Mandava, president and
CEO of IIC.

Before joining AiTS, Mr. Bogaty led IIC’s public
sector group. In his new role, he will be responsible for shaping and
guiding the implementation of AiTS’ public sector business as well
as establishing and maintaining key strategic partnerships.

Mr. Bogaty brings over 30 years of successful outsourcing,
product management and sales & marketing management experience. He
represents a new and growing class of entrepreneurs called "change
agents,” or business executives that have rich and diverse business
backgrounds, and can apply proven concepts and principles to new emerging
ventures. Mr. Bogaty’s executive management and innovative business
development leadership has lead to success in the delivery of software
consulting services, Internet and telecommunications products and related
professional services to both government and commercial clients. He has
held executive level positions with Fortune 500 companies such as ADC
Telecommunications, Verizon, AT&T, Computer Associates and is a former
United States Marine.
