AiTS Wins State Of Texas TXMAS IT Services Contract
Award Expands AiTS' State/Local Government Services to State of Texas Government Agencies
WASHINGTON --Sept. 23, 2005--AiTS
has been awarded a multi-vendor TXMAS contract to provide IT services
for state agencies and other political subdivisions within the state
of Texas. Under this contract, state agencies and local governments participating
in the TBPC Cooperative Purchasing Program may purchase services directly
from AiTS according to the terms and prices in AiTS' GSA Schedule 70
contract. Purchasing via the TXMAS contract satisfies any requirement
of state law relating to competitive bids or proposals. AiTS' TXMAS contract
is an initial 1-year contract that is renewable for four additional one-year
periods.

With the addition of the TXMAS contract, the range of
contract vehicles that AiTS offers state and local government agencies
has expanded significantly. In addition to the TXMAS contract, AiTS also
holds a Delaware Technical Services and Staffing contract and a South
Carolina Project Management Services contract. In addition, state and
local governments can purchase AiTS' services via the company's GSA Information
Technology Schedule 70, as authorized by the cooperative purchasing provisions
of the federal E-Government Act of 2002.
AiTS currently provides IT project support to state agencies
in Delaware, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
