Babu R. Mandava
President and CEO

As one of the founders of Indotronix International Corporation (corporate parent of A i T S), Babu Mandava brings leadership in the delivery of I T solutions and rich experience in technical management to A i T S' core business of providing diversified services to government, defense, and aerospace customers.

Mr. Mandava is responsible for providing the visionary leadership that drives the success of A i T S. Mr. Mandava brings to AiTS more than 30 years of experience in high tech engineering and management, including 15 years as President and CEO of Indotronix and nearly 20 years in design and development for I B M. His committed focus on excellence in customer service, rewarding excellence, and respect for the individual has enabled Indotronix to grow to a 1000 employee, $60+ million company over the last 20 years. His unique insight and expert guidance are the foundation for A i T S' success.

Ron Telleysh
Vice President and COO

With over 30 years experience in the IT profession, Ron Telleysh brings a strong background in technical, marketing, and managerial roles to his leadership position with AiTS.

Mr. Telleysh is responsible for guiding AiTS’ growth and development as an IT solutions provider to customers in the government, defense, and aerospace industries. Mr. Telleysh delivers broad experience in sales, marketing, organizational development, and project management in these industries to AiTS and our customers. Prior to joining AiTS’ corporate parent (Indotronix International Corporation), Mr. Telleysh was responsible for projects at Honeywell worth more than $200 million for the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, and civilian agencies. His responsibilities at Honeywell also included managing pre-sales activities, developing benchmarks for government RFPs, and establishing a major service delivery organization for software development, systems development, and new technology implementation engagements. With his broad background, Mr. Telleysh provides essential support for all of AiTS’ business activities.

Roy A. Quill
Director, Federal Programs Development

Roy Quill brings to AiTS an extensive history of success in delivering outsourcing, technology, and professional services to public and private sector customers.

Mr. Quill is responsible for developing and directing AiTS’ public sector initiatives, especially with federal and state government agencies. Educated in Finance and Economics, Mr. Quill has over 20 years experience encompassing government contracts, technology services, outsourcing, telecommunications, financial services, and national and international business development. He has had significant success teaming with small businesses, 8(a) organizations, and large businesses such as Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, Northrop Grumman, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Quill has been highly effective in securing sole source contracts with the federal government. He has also been responsible for the success of several start-up companies in both the government and commercial sectors.
